My hours are by appointment. If you have questions or would like to make an appointment, you can email me at Lheit6@gmail.com, or call me at (860)742-1970. I am happy to offer a brief phone consultation and answer any questions you may have. I generally return calls within 24-48 hours. If there is a good time to reach you, please indicate that, and I will try to return a call at that time. If you are in crisis and need immediate assistance, PLEASE, go to your nearest emergency room. You can always arrange for therapy later!
In order to enroll you in treatment, I will need you to fill out forms which you can either do at your first session, or before by downloading the Forms here, and bringing them completed to your session. Filling forms out prior to your session saves time and allows us to get started right away.
